Hi and welcome to the forum!
There are several threads on the forum about using mineral spirits, acetone, or xylene to remove the plasticizers and pvc products. Expect to see possible damage to the coins after use, as reactions will have occurred under the pvc damage. Proof coins will be especially problematic to clean. If you can't find the threads with the search button at the top bar, speak up. Please don't try anything until you read the posts as there are different opinions.
Coinmaster changed pages to non-plasticized ones sometime along the way and several suppliers have replacement pages. I like the design a lot and changed over years ago, "conserving" each coin with acetone before I moved them over.
Good luck!
Jim
