If so, then these might not be struck up clearly due to a little grease in the die. Generally there isn't a premium unless a whole lot of detail is missing, but I agree that this is an attractive coin. mrwhatisit Pillar of the Community United States 2955 Posts	Posted 11/15/2021 8:44 pm So what it looks like to me is a curve of grease was close to the rim when the coin was struck, so struck-thru grease it is, literally obliterating these two letters in the process .
