with jacrispies at a F-15, and it has nice even color and wear on this better date.

nice circulated example. some of the wear we are seeing is strike as the 94(O) are weak and soft. the sharpness of the devices and overall look of this coin is much better than a F coin imo. VF25

I was on the fence between F and VF, so I feel somewhat vindicated that it could conceivably go either way :)
