Both coins are within mint weigh tolerance. Both quarters have environmental staining/tarnishing. No errors here, sorry.

Spec weight in RedBook is 5.67g.

Tolerance of plus/minus 0.19g gives a range of 5.48g to 5.86g.

No reason to believe they aren't normal quarters.
