AU-55, nice even brown color with remaining luster.
Suffering from bust half fever.

What is that substance on the obverse next to star 11 ? ... Otherwise, forgiving the small rim nick on the reverse, a tiny bit of rub and a couple of dark marks on the reverse, I would say MS-62.

I am guessing it is a small fleck of paper.

Agreed that it looks like a small piece of paper but why would someone leave that on their photo if they are trying to get a decent price for it?
... Hiding something? If it is nothing serious then I could see it grading MS-63.
