The numbers on the date are off I'm not good to what is error or the different errors can some one please help and the back in the middle prolly worn die or something tried different angles and lighting

Minor die chips.
Probably due to to not the best die hardening in the area of the date.

More like flattening of the devices, possibly from a vending machine. But not a DDO. The dimes DDO's pretty much end about this time:

Note how many DDO's occur on the dimes from this year forward.Very slim chances of find a real one. So save your eyes on the obverses. The reverses about the same, but on the new dimes there is a pick up gain on the post 1999 forward dimes. But you need to look these up as they DDR's are not where you expect them to be. (because of the single squeeze die process)
