10 mm wide, 2 mm thick, 16.6 grams. There appears to be a suggestion of a face on the worn side.

It's Kushan, possibly an issue of Kanishka I.

Yes, I agree with Bob L, Kushan, probably Kanishka I. Here's a similar coin of the same weight, fifth bronze coin down on this page.
