Looks like a minor MAD with maybe a tilted collar?

I see two different coins, one with damage below the date and one with an apparent corrosion spot behind Abe's head.

Just a MAD coin. Not an off center, and not centered exactly over the reverse die. Because it is not centered exactly over the reverse die, the step down/gutter is making that mark on the wider rim on the left side. Part of the tilted die issue. It is seen on the MAD coins:

Right on..thanks guys! So whst are some good resources for videos and literature on the minting process? Are they all struck with individual dies?
