coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 11/20/2021 10:42 am Just a MAD coin. Not an off center, and not centered exactly over the reverse die. Because it is not centered exactly over the reverse die, the step down/gutter is making that mark on the wider rim on the left side. Part of the tilted die issue. It is seen on the MAD coins: Looks like it maybe missing on this dime MAD coin: Also seen on off center coins where the edge meets the metal: The gutter shows when the coin is struck over the edge of the planchet.
