Nice photo of the coin, but it is not helping much to identify any DDO. Can you post up any close-up of your suspected Doubling?

Probably Machine Doubling that the glare is hiding on the coin.

Glare doubling. Try using a defused lighting source (such as daylight).

On the 'L' on Liberty it appears that is either a lamination peel or damage to that device that altered that area.
