I'm a big fan of the arrows and rays. The rays give it that diamond cut look. That said your coin has weak rays on the right top. other than that the reverse looks xf. The obverse has the noted scratches and the liberty doesn't look quite bold enough for xf. I see this as a split grade . VF details on the obverse and XF reverse with a net grade of VF-30 details. Just my opinion.

An odd keeper for someone who could buy this in 65 for a snap. A common coin that will never straight grade.
