Here is another picture, I can clearly see the doubling in liberty with my eyes. my phone camera is not up to par.
I also think I can see some doubling on IGWT

Your last pic you supplied I believe is a result of reflection. This happens on nice red Cents and can be mistaken for doubling. I am not aware of and 1959-D cents that show this Class of doubling on LIBERTY. The known doubled dies for this year and mint have distorted doubling and nothing as pronounced as what you are seeing in the last picture. Your Lincoln does look nice but it is very difficult to give it a grade based on the pictures you have supplied.
