Guessing this is the left-over remains of a teller stamp on a bundle of $50s.

The black ink is underneath the red ink I will upload a zoomed in closer image

It only appears to be under the red because it doesn't adhere to it. Trust us. Collectively we've probably seen at least two-dozen posts identical to this.

In the third pick I just uploaded you can see that the red goes over the top of the black it's a lot darker in those areas just take a look

It's a partial teller stamp. I'm sure of it.
I'm so sure, if you send it in for authentication and it comes back as a legitimate BEP error, I'll pay your grading and shipping fees. If not, it's on you.
