2005 1 Penny/Found In Coin Roll - Coin Community Forum

Skippy72 Valued Member United States 447 Posts	Posted 11/23/2021 01:36 am Good evening. I found this in a coin roll and noticed right away it was bigger in diameter. The pictures dont due the coin any justice because its in great shape and full of luster. But it seems to have some sort of clash I didnt notice until cropping the images. There appears to be a star where I placed the arrow, and a raised area and depressions, more notable just under her jaw line, behind her chin, cheek and neck. JimmyD Bedrock of the Community Canada 21620 Posts	Posted 11/23/2021 4:16 pm The "star" is just a circulation mark. That is also not a clash, it is damage on the face. A clash would be raised and is unusual to see one on the devices. They are normally on the fields. Also there is nothing on the reverse that lines up with those marks that could cause a clash.
