Appears to be a normal cent, but perhaps close up photos would help us understand your issue. Could be a die chip or damage, it's difficult to tell from these photos. Sorry I can't be of more help. I am thinking this is an example of Machine Doubling. If it's legit DDO, then I have a few hundred coins to re-examine. The third Pic of the first set was the best I could do to highlight the the extra bump on Abe's chin. I am posting a couple more to show the date and lettering.
