That is a great find @hoo! While the rev isn't perfectly centered, it seems like it is mostly affecting the obv. Wouldn't you call this a MAD in that case?

Exactly @jimmy looks more like a MAD. As you know for US coins, we generally state that they become collectible when design elements start falling off the edge, so this one is pretty much there. For sure worth saving in a 2x2.

The reverse is only slightly off. If you look at a normal coin, the date is positioned on the outer metal. You can see the "1" is shifted left to the inner metal.
