The photos are not very clear, but the Obv looks XF+ for wear, but spotting and surface would drop it. The Reverse looks like a weak strike as many of the leaf veins are missing or weak.

Agree with EF+ sharpness, unsure what that streak is or whether it would detail the coin.

This is not the natural finish you see on coins minted under high pressure.
Looks as though it was bathed in an acidic solution of some kind at some time in the past. My opinion only.

Definite EF details. The spotting is unsightly on the obverse though.
