Hello All!...
I have this 1964-P Kennedy Business Strike, Straight G type that has no reflectivity on either side, unusual very fine like sandpaper look. Very tiny bumps and has various polishing lines.
I searched and looked at the SMS test type coin. Looks very much same surfaces and overall look. Closer with a loop definitely looks same surfaces as the sms. Does have what appears to be slight dangle of metal under 4 Crosslett.
Coin appears to have a nice strike and not really marked up.
Not perfect but not bad.
I Looked in general through about 8 mixed rolls I have and nothing same.
Plenty of various similar sms swirled polishing gouge looking marks but regular surfaces. I'm puzzled in a way as I have handled hundreds of these in my life... never one like this...
Any input is always appreciated!
Thank You!
