I think you loaded the wrong picture. I'm seeing two reverses. But yes I agree its MD. And not even that extreme compared to some halves found coin roll hunting. I save ones with extreme flattening (like about half the letter) because they look neat.

It's the same coin, just different lighting. Ya I thought it looked kind of cool.

Even light direction can make it look like two different coins:
