I ran across a normal $20 bill today with a serial number which I cant really find a classification for. So I figured I would come to the 'experts' and see what yall thought about it. Is it worth more than face value?

Thanks for your time, Mike[

Welcome to CCF.
I'd classify your note under "interesting". It's a category assigned to an assortment of randomly numbered notes that don't quite fulfill any defined description of Fancy but grab your attention. The lower denominations make it an easier decision deciding whether to keep it or not. These are a staple on ebay. A close cousin of the "almost" category.

Thanks for the Welcome Coinfrog and Stevein Tampa. Also thanks for the info about how bills like classify. The bill has no sentimental value so I may post it on ebay just to see how it does. Who knows maybe a couple of devil worshippers will want it to mount in their hall of worship and start a bidding war, LOL.

Good luck, who knows? It is interesting, as Steve says.

No cigar for this one.
Perhaps a keeper, it it had been a One Dollar note
where inflation loss can be low enough to be tolerated.
