Just Machine Doubling. Note on your coin: All the areas you are looking at are showing Machine Doubling on the outside edges of the devices. On a DDR, the spread will be on the centers of the devices: Sid by side of a normal device size and the DDR with the enlarged in the centers of the devices. That is where to look. Not on the outside edges of the devices. MD is caused by the machine. A doubled die is cause by the die, not by the machine. MD can also happen on doubled dies as well. Big difference in the two. One is face value, they other is a premium for the coin.
