I believe this is an issue of Constantine the Great's son, Constantius II, Siscia mint. The reverse motif consists of a depiction of a soldier spearing a fallen horseman.

I see no reason to suppose it's not genuine.

it's a common coin in mediocre condition...you might get $10-15 on a good day on ebay.

Actually the level of preservation of detail is fairly high, I'd judge. Still, Roman bronzes from this era are plentiful in the marketplace. I'd expect that even a coin shop's retail price shouldn't exceed $15.

I wonder what's going on in front of the portrait's nose (and on the probably-corresponding left side of the reverse). It looks like some unevenness in the metal but it seems old and I'm not sure what exactly is happening?
