I've had this one for 20 years or more, and at first glance thought someone had tried to drill a hole in it.
I recently saw a post by SPP about a " Blowhole" lamination error and thought this might be one also. Many little cracks all around by the hole. Raised line in front of the first 1. Crack through the 9 goes all the way up to first A of CANADA. Crack by the 2 goes up to the E and then O of ONE - raised metal below the O.
I think there is a small piece folded over, touching the bottom of the 2.
Struck on a flawed planchet, you can see the lamination on a good part of the reverse. The lamination detached after the strike, as the date shows no weakening right beside it.

This was a post to show the error. Since the obverse is just an ordinary G/VG, with no sign of anything pertaining to the error, there was no need to include it (and I didn't want to waste time with more photos).
