Hmm , nice luster in who's hand ? EF-40 and dirty .Try an acetone soak then Verd-I-Care treatment .

My hand-the pictures make it look worse

I'll do the acetone soak, but as far as Verdi-care, I would love some, but I can't seem to find any.

XF45 works for me. With the photos posted, I'm not detecting luster. Unfortunately, I don't have the coin in-hand.
