2000 25c 'Wisdom' Die Rotation?

I'm doing my best to convince myself this is a die rotation error.

Flipping it over feels off and even in the 2x2 it looks rotated ~10 degrees.

Opinions please.

Hard to tell from the photos but it might be a slight die rotation. One this minimal would not add much or any extra value to the coin though.

You are trying too hard to find a rotation, unless it"s 45, 90, or 180 degrees not many collectors care. In a 2X2 draw a line at the top of the Queens head just flip over and you will see the degrees of rotation by measuring the line on the reverse side of the 2X2 plastic window, keep hunting, also use a good sharpie marker

It's just cocked in the 2X2. Center the reverse and see what you have ... looks slightly CW

If it is slightly rotated, it would be within specs.
Collectors want a minimum of 90 degrees with
a preference of 180 degrees.

I mean I would personally it pay a premium. For anything over 40° but no where near the premium of a 90-180°
