Not sure if this is a RPD or not. Looks like there may be some evidence within the 8 and the 9. Doesn't match SNOW 001 or 002 but there are no pics of other RPD's (003 and 004). The reverse does have a die crack from the rim at K 5:30 upward through the laurel wreath and identified as 1859 CRK-001. Opinions please?

Further research confirms that the reverse die crack from K 5:30, through the wreath and exiting at K 3:00 is a die stage B marker for the reverse of the SNOW 2. The date however is difficult for me to discern if it is RPD-002 or not.
