Billiards Token Question - Coin Community Forum

ToeKAN New Member United States 2 Posts	Posted 12/11/2021 10:27 am Can anyone tell me anything about this old billiards token. Is it a Brunswick-Balke-Collender token? I know it is a Maverick token from Wilber, NE but when was it issued and why doesn't it have the company name? Thanks! I'm a newbie. Report this Post to the Staff

Second, I think that I found this piece attributed as TC-416467 over on the tokencatalog website here: http://tokencatalog.com/token_recor...ord_offset=3 According to them: Quote: Jos. Ruzicka, saloon, Wilber, NE. as listed in 1884 NE. State Gaz. Joseph Ruzicka ran a saloon and billiards in Wilber, Neb. from 1884-1885 and in Farwell Neb in 1902. These dies are consistent with the 1884-1885 attribution. Can I assume it an early Brunswick token? mrwhatisit, Thank you as well. If yuo find any more details to share I'd be very appreciative.
