Surfaces are not original, but is still in high grade. Also some strange toning/residue patterns. A tad bit of rub on high points, so I say AU Details Cleaned.

Pictures taken on flat surfaces under better lighting would help.

It could also be said that this is an insanely valuable coin in high AU and above, this is one of the date/mm combos that is like that.
PCGS coinfacts has an AU-50 estimated retail at $300.00, 53 at $400.00, 55 at $900.00, then jumps to $2,750.00 in AU-58. Yours looks like an AU-55 based on your photos.

If I had to guess, I'd say AU-50 or 53, but I'll wait for new images.

AU 55. May be an environmental issue on obverse. Consider a soak in pure Acetone.
