Yup. We've got at least a couple. To find them, click on "members" in the red menu bar, then click "country" at the top of the rightmost column; this sorts members by country, alphabetically. Jump to page 8 or so and there they are!

I can manage my way around the German ebay site but have a terrible time with the Dutch language. I trade with some great collectors in the Netherlands and they fully understand my total lack of knowledge when it comes to the Dutch language. Believe me I have tried but to NO avail!

This is a great translation site that will translate entire web pages or blocks of text. This is what I use when I look at foreign websites and auction pages. The cool thing is that, once you put a web page in, any page you go to from there will also be translated. It seems to be pretty accurate too.
