Surfaces look pretty flat a lifeless, maybe luster is better in hand. Looks like it was over dipped long ago and retoned. Rim hit is distracting but I think they gave it a pass. XF45

Thats to bad if they did straight grade it . Need more grading consistency.

i think its graded correctly. the rim hit could even be on the original planchet and its on the outmost portion of the rim
