There is something funky going on around with the obverse, with regards to the luster.

Thy grading prowess says AU-58.

MS63, but it looks like it's been overdipped. Clearly some darker toning at one point that's been lightened up, but not completely removed.

Small scratches in the obverse field and across Liberty's head. Dark spots and blotchy toning hurt eye appeal a little but luster looks strong. I see nothing that would constitute a "problem". MS-63 seems about right.
