I am confused by some of your posts. Are you asking if this is mint state?

Minor corrosion 12:00 on obverse. Good eye appeal, but the corrosion is a killer for me.

I'm guessing your just asking about the grade? Mint state implies its in mine state, MS60 and above.

Rim verdigris may come off with xylene, but if so, will likely leaved discoloration under. Might just squeeze into VF

Yea. I'm about to pull the reigns on it. I did however pick up a lot here with my grading on coins I get from the bank.
