Not the most stunning coin in my collection, but man, I love seated liberty, even if she is 155 years old. I mean head-over-heals-take-a-cold-shower-dude kinda love. Don't let her seated, settled countenance fool you. Not only is she way hot, she can also kick some serious butt when challenged.

How would you grade her?

XF40/45, surfaces look pretty lifeless. I'd call this XF40, guessing PCGS said 45

To me VF-35, but I'm guessing PCGS said 40. Old cleaning, now market acceptable. Lacks curb appeal.

Obverse 35, reverse 45. Overall XF-40 me thinks.

Strong for the grade and I think it looks pretty good. Weakness of the obverse denticles might have brought the grade down; seems like solid XF-45 detail otherwise.
