1983 D Dime - Could This Be An Repunched Mint Mark / RPM ? - Bunny Ears On 3 In Date

I wondered if it had an RPM but there is no listing similar to this one so it is probably just DDD / PMD but still have to ask.... However, the 3 in the date looks like it has bunny ears. Do not think it is PMD since the top of the 3 is split like a V but cannot say for sure how it might have occurred. Input welcome and appreciated. Report this Post to the Staff

JimmyD Bedrock of the Community Canada 21614 Posts	Posted 12/15/2021 1:52 pm Looks like damage on both counts. "Bunny Ears" cannot happen during the striking of a coin unless it is on the die in which every coin struck with that die would have them on it. Report this Post to the Staff
