With all that camouflage toning, I won't even hazard a guess.

I'll throw out 63 but can not get a good feel for marks on the obverse

MS-65. Clean cheek and fields, although the deep toning makes precise grading difficult.

If this is prospective purchase, I would pass, no matter how nice the underlying surfaces are. Sometimes toning is just ugly old tarnish, and this one won't age well.

Frankly an ugly coin to me, especially with that apparent dark blotch on the lower left obverse.

typical average strike. the blotchy toning is making luster assessment difficult. the surfaces appear to be void of any scratches or abrasions. the eye appeal is not good and will hold this one back. I cant see this higher than MS63 with that eye appeal
