Aside from the large obverse scratch, the things on the reverse are not errors, but circulation dings and bumps. Nothing I know of produces such marks during the minting process. You do have excellent photos though .

I agree with both of the above. Just circulation hits.

This quarter has obvious mint errors all over front and back. The scratch isn't a scratch,it would be shinier than the rest not look like it's imprinted. niether one of them do. . I don't know what would cause such errors either but circulation isn't the cause to any of them as far I can tell. The windows are doubled and buckling one looks like something falling out of the window, the roof is cracked on both ends and falling off the front. The wall is wrinkled and crumbling I don't see how any circulation issues this may have had could cause such clear precise damage. This house looks nothing like it's supposed to look. When compared to the picture of what it is supposed to look like. . Thanks for the opinions tho. Just trying to find someone who does know.

I believe all the members that commented know what they are seeing, you have the coin in hand so if you truly think these are errors then you can send it to be attributed by the professionals, though I think it would be a waste of your time and money. I'm with everyone else on this, large scratch on the obverse and many circulation hits on the reverse. Circulation hits han cause the metal to be pushed around all over the place but none of this can happen during the minting process.

Given the photos posted, I'm seeing circulation hits and dings. Hits/dings/gouges can be somewhat random in origin, they can be the result of the coin coming into contact with 'geometric' edges and surfaces. If you feel you have a rare error coin, suggest submitting it to a reputable 3rd party grading service for evaluation. If you do, please let us know what the results are. Thanks.
