In any case, I have found mention of a W.L. Klohr involved in a real estate transfer in the July 24th, 1903 edition of The Republic, which was a newspaper in St. Louis, MO between 1888 and 1919 or so. Maybe the ice business was booming for Mr. Klohr?

Sorry, I didn't think the pic would add anything. I did win the lot for $2. Will throw one on ebay to see if someone will set a price for them.
