with the frog, but if I were to envision a grade, AU-55, but you did say ebay pictures

Be patient on one of these. They aren't rare. They are always available and can be had slabbed MS63-65 without breaking the bank or being a millionaire. Wait until a nice strike with the toning that tickles your fancy comes around because shouldn't be long. There are also a few different D/S varieties and you might want a particular one (or all of them!) - what I am saying is don't settle for this. Your money can do you better.

I'm actually judging grading companies. To determine the best one I want to go with. I don't agree with hype online I prefer a good grade. I already have a D/S.

poor photos cant get a good read on the coin. there are so many nice examples of this coin out there. i'd keep looking

Based on these lowsy photos, I wouldn't be surprised if the label says AU58 or MS62/63. There doesn't appear to be enough luster to pop a higher grade IMO.

Pictures weren't great on ebay, but this is also ICG.
