Not an error, errors can only occur during the striking of the coin.
Your coin with the tolerance taken into consideration is
only .04 g underweight which can probably be attributed
to the amount of wear on the nickel.

PS-
In the future, please include photos of both sides of the coin.
This can sometimes be important.

I agree, weight is normal for a coin worn as much as this one. No premium, sorry.

As mentioned, the coin was normal when it was BU. But now after many year of coin wear (73 years worth) it is just showing mileage on the coin.
