Only seeing one distracting hit on the reverse (center of Buffalo). Technical MS66, but I can't get a a good feel for luster. Sharpness in the devices is lacking, primarily the obverse , again, due to die state. May keep it to MS65/65+.

Sometimes it's splitting hairs on these high grades, tough to judge from pics

Is that a scratch running from directly behind the Indian's eye down to the top of the braid?

typical strong strike. nice tail. nice color and luster. I'm not a toning fan but I like these when they start exhibiting some gold toning. this one has nice eye appeal. MS66

That was PCGS MS 66. Don't know why the picture did that.
