This coin has some reverse scratches. I am assuming this will make it a details grade? All feedback is appreciated.

I'll say AU-55+, tough call on that reverse. These are all definitely incuse scratch lines and not raised?

Nice coin! Gorgeous obv color. Reverse surfaces do seem a bit iffy.

Yes, it would definitely detail.

Net AU bust is a little beat up and a few ticks on the bust. Reverse could bring it down to net XF.

AU details cleaned. Don't like the surface on the reverse in particular. Not sure exactly what it looks like in hand but I would say from these pics it appears cleaned to me.

Surfaces don't look quite right, my first thought was lacquer honestly.

A quick look at Snow's Attribution Guide has me ID'ing it as a Snow 4 (S-4), "Multiple 1's in the dentiles".
"Two boxlike protrusions are visible in the dentiles to the left of the date. Date very close to the bust point."

If there is about a 30° die rotation of the reverse to the right, that would further confirm my analysis.

@kanga, yes it does have die rotation. I couldn't get a good focus but here is a mirror shot
