I know I am posting this latish on a Friday night, and everyone is out on the town and not staring at coins, but... Right now I've got some time and... Think it is the right time to turn it up a notch. This is a coin I just absolutely love. Like everything about it. The color, the direction of the off center, the size of the off center, the rare date for an off center, the condition, etc. So if you haven't figured it out, this one heads right to near the top of my list of favorites. I don't think you can have a broadstrike on an off center. One or the other and this one is off center.

 I agree it should be high up on the list of favorite's. Really very nice off center. Sure lucky the 2 is showing. |

That's a beautiful one! Perfect example of an off center Wheat cent. |

Thanks folks! Everyone has their favorites, and as Mark Twain wrote in Pudd'nhead Wilson, "It were not best that we should all think alike; it is difference of opinion that makes horse races." But sometimes I think there just is something we can mostly all agree on, and this coin falls into that category. Just a really nice off center.

Very nice! Certainly appealing. I always like when there's that nice orange glow coming through a solid BN coin.
