This one appears to be a MS-66 red to my eyes .

66 and a shot at 67 if you can't see the spots so much in hand and the luster is strong.

the strike is not strong enough to get above 65 on this one. could be some rub just above the 9 in the date (maybe photo and lighting). carbon spots all over the reverse and the left stalk is not there for a 66 or above. I think its closer to 64+RD due to the reverse
