The edge looks good for that date and there are no other indications of anything being wrong. There is an odd graffiti under the eagle's wing. Make sure it is not a punch mark which would indicate it is a Chop which is far better than test cuts or scratches.

The Peruvian 8R looks good as well. The odd effect of cross hatching is I presume a photographic effect. The coinage of Lima, Peru has far poorer looking edge details than Mexico City, however, I would still confirm that the coin has two overlaps in the edge design exactly opposite one another and that the two overlaps are the same length.
