Working from these photos alone, the reverse lettering doesn't look as sharp as it should, it appears a bit thick and a bit mushy.

Unfortunately though the photo's focus is just above the coin, so it is tough to really tell

I'd say it's genuine, probably a low AU details (cleaned). The necklace bezel appears period correct for the date, although that's not to say someone swapped out the original coin. But why bother re-using the bezel? Coin jewelry is rarely worth more than by it's self.
