Spanish 5 Pesatas 1957 (64) - Die Clash Denticles?

I have had thousands of Spanish coins going through my hands, but have never seen this before.. I assume it have to do with a die clash or so..
Still strange because the only part affected is the small part under the date.. Also the 'clashed' denticles does not line up with the reverse.
It's a keeper for me, and the coin will get a nice spot in my Spanish album..

Yeah, it also looks like a denticals clash to me, indeed, this would be a big time keeper to me.

What is the issue date, please?

That is the two digits inside the star on the reverse.
