thanks John but your link show also only one side marks.

Die clash has marks on the both sides. The 2021 mint line it is optical recognition. In this case the die clash is really non possible, because the hammer will not strike if the collar is empty.

Looks like a clash to me as well.

Remember that sometimes one of the dies may get changed out after a clash happens.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.
