It is a nice die clash. Check ebay sold values for an idea on current values. Please,no screen shots. Your scope must have a memory card slot. John1

Hey that is a fun find and worth saving in a 2x2 for protection. Well done.

Seem to me a press coin. Reverse letters and reverse design.
Happened when two coins are press one to other.

This is a legitimate die clash.
The marks are raised and are stronger in the fields and lower-relief elements.

Definitely a genuine clash, not a vise coin. The high points of the coin are less affected than the fields.

Guys, I do not contradict you for the "Die clash". I learn, still.
By definition: "When a planchet fails to enter the coining chamber and both the hammer die strikes the anvil die, imparting design features of the opposing die into each die face. When a planchet does enter the coining chamber it is struck with the clashed dies and will show details of the obverse on the reverse and visa versa." (I do not give the quote place because years ago I was part of this and thirds certification part agrees, sorry here is not curriculum place)
Point me if I am wrong please. For me die clash will be on both sides of the coin, but this one show only one side.
Appreciate input.

I'm sure the reverse also has clash marks as well, OP just didn't include images of it. In my experience the clash marks on the reverse side of the shield cents tend to be weaker, I think because of the low-relief design of the obverse. I would look at stripes just above the banner to check for clash marks as that tends to be the only area where clash marks show.

@Tan, I look at the photo but do not show me big thing due to the focus.
You are perfect wright for reverse, I look forward for some marks of die clash. We have not to forgot this coin it is 2021 struck on the most modern and automatized mint production line, the most high technology.

I put the OP photo at 1000x and not see reverse marks, so the appearance it is erroneous.
