The coin is 11mm in diameter. It weighs approximately 1.09grams. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Barbarous? Reverse device looks to be maybe an imperfect depiction of Victory?

Portrait looks 5th century Roman, reverse is consistent with Victory, one of the many ...IA AV... types. I'm not sure it would be possible to tell any more, there's a lot of those 5th century Victories and this one doesn't have much legend anywhere else.

Looking at Tesorillo, it's either this, this, or this. It can be nearly any 5th century emperor. I'm not confident if it's possible to tell any further.
