Here is a silver coin from ancient period I am not sure whether this coin is fron Rome but here is a really tiny and thin silvery coin I need help with

I have no idea whether it's genuine, but it's not Roman. It's Croatian https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces42257.html

Wow thank you so much for the quick response and it is actually the 1 Grosetto. I got this roman coin lot from ebay from Sebria. Tbh this one looks genuien to me. The weight and size fits the description but to be sure I will check with professionals in near future
