@Sanaul (hard to find the roots of the nickname)

The last photos show an improper annealing.

You choice to keep or sell.

Those coins are sell between 35$ and 125$ for the most newest coins. Pre 1990 could go few thousands in auction.

Sanaul, just so you'll know, you ARE allowed to type more than one sentence into message boxes here. Having one sentence per posting wastes a lot of space. FYI.

I'm sorry about one sentence post it's just I forget stuff and then I remember to say it sorry I'll try my best and about selling maybe if I ever fell in hard times but that's not the case now I'd rather have what I found if I ever found anything correction maybe if it was enough money to change my life I would sell something but if it just makes me a little bit richer I'd rather keep it so I'm not a liar I have tried to sell stuff on ebay but no better now I was just trying to see if it worked mistakes wasn't to get rich or nothing just to see if the coin was real really dum of me

The problem for us to see what you see in hand is the fact that this coin is in a plastic holder creating glare and masking any luster the coin may or may not have on it. Can you - are you willing to carefully remove it to get better pictures of the raw coin without the interference of the holder? (Use white cotton gloves if you have any, latex works as well) and hold the coin ONLY by the edges.

To me it is not an annealing issue. On these it should look like a peeling color affect. The metal is blacked on an annealed coin. So circulation wear would not affect the color on the tops of the devices when circulated.
